Can you edit Viwoods notes on a computer?

Sync is different from editing

Viwoods Cloud is optional and off by default. On AiPaper and AiPaper Mini, V3.15 supports separate sync choices for Paper, Meeting, Knowledge Base, Memo and Daily. With cloud enabled, Viwoods says the web portal can preview and download notes and import books. The update page puts notebook duplication, page moves and other Paper changes in the device's Paper section.

The last point is a limit of Viwoods' published documentation, not a claim that we tested every account or that a future update cannot add editing. Check Viwoods' current update page if the web interface changes.

Start with the result you actually need

1. Need to read a note at your desk?Enable Viwoods Cloud on the tablet, switch on sync for the app that holds the note and let it finish. Sign in to cloud.viwoods.com with the same Viwoods account, then preview the note.
2. Need a copy for a report or a colleague?Download the synced note from the web portal, or export it from the device in an appropriate format. Viwoods lists JPG, PDF and TXT among transfer formats. Check the resulting file before relying on it, especially when handwriting or layout matters.
3. Need to revise handwriting or rearrange a native page?Open the original in Paper on the AiPaper or AiPaper Mini. Use its note tools, then sync again. A desktop copy is useful for sharing, but editing that copy does not make the same changes to the native note.
4. Need typed text for a computer document?Use Viwoods' handwriting-to-text conversion on the device, review the result, then transfer the text. Recognition is a starting point for proofreading, not a guarantee that names or technical terms are correct.

IF THE NOTE IS MISSING

Check the account and the app switch before repeating edits

Viwoods says content is linked to the signed-in account, and each of the supported apps has its own sync setting. Confirm that the tablet and web portal use the same account, Cloud is enabled, and the relevant app is selected. Wait for the tablet's sync to complete before checking the browser again.

Do not delete the local note, sign into several accounts at random or reset the tablet as a first test. Keep a separate export of important work before making account or sync changes. If a note remains absent, send Viwoods the device model, software version, app name and the time of the last sync; avoid sending private note contents unless support specifically needs them.

IF DESKTOP EDITING IS ESSENTIAL

Ask about the exact operation, not just “computer support”

Ask Viwoods whether its current web portal can edit native Paper notes, whether it can move or resize handwriting, and whether a downloaded file can be reimported as an editable notebook. Those are three different capabilities. Viwoods' published V3.15 page confirms web access, but does not promise any of those editing paths.
